About the Team

You will be joining the Regional Operations & Excellence Team, a central function that partners with cross‑functional and market teams to drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and consistent performance standards across all regions. The team leads strategic projects, enhances operating models, and supports data‑driven decision‑making to help the business scale effectively.

Job Description

This is a 6 months full‑time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme. The GRaduate Industry Traineeships (GRIT) Programme is an initiative by Workforce Singapore (WSG) that offers fresh graduates with traineeship opportunities across various sectors.

  • Identify, analyze and drive areas for process improvement across regional and local teams and all markets that we operate in
  • Drive productivity and efficiency through operational optimization and best practices
  • Support the development and alignment of SOPs, benchmarks, and performance targets
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance tracking
  • Lead and support cross‑functional projects from planning to execution
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision‑making
  • Track business performance and support the preparation of management reporting
  • Support strategic initiatives, operating models, and corporate development
Job Requirements
  • Graduated or graduating in 2024 and 2025 with a Degree or Diploma in relevant studies or graduated earlier and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025
  • Relevant studies includes in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, and other related fields
  • Strong interest in project management and process improvement
  • Comfortable working with data and drawing insights to support decision‑making
  • Team player who enjoys working with people from different functions or countries
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude, self‑driven, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
