Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the MOF project team.
• Work with developers to refine user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in the new CMS for every release.
• Coordinate user engagement sessions with content owners.
• Draft and disseminate regular email communications with the Change Management team.
• Manage the project’s Microsoft Teams channel efficiently.
