Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services projects. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position with relevant design knowledge.
• HDB projects experience in Singapore is a must.
• Knowledge of tender costing and cost estimation for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage project involving Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services.
• Prepare shop drawings, workings drawings & as-built drawings.
• Review and monitor site construction activities.
• Evaluate, cost estimate & analyze for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas.
• Liaise with parties involved in the project.
• Attend site meetings and inspections.
• Prepare progress reports and claims.
• Assist project manager in project monitoring.

Job Description:

• Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled
• Evaluation, Cost estimation & analysis for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas
• Liaison with all parties involved in the project including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main contractor, Sub-contractors & Suppliers
• Attend site meetings and inspections
• Prepare progress report, claim, VO, method of statements and safe work procedure.
• Assist the project manager in handling and monitoring progress of project.

Job Requirements:
