Job Descriptions:
- We are hiring Kitchen Assistant & Stewards to support our kitchen operations. This is an essential back-of-house role that ensures the kitchen runs smoothly, cleanly, and efficiently.
- No prior experience is required—training will be provided. If you are hardworking, responsible, and enjoy working in a team, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs with basic food prep (cutting, peeling, portioning ingredients)
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas
- Wash dishes, cookware, and utensils promptly
- Handle waste disposal and keep garbage areas clean
- Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients
- Support the kitchen team during peak service hours
- Follow hygiene and safety guidelines at all times
- Perform other tasks assigned by the chef or supervisor
Requirements:
- Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn
- Good personal hygiene and cleanliness
- 6-days work week including weekends, Rotating shifts.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- To be able to work at different outlets across Singapore.
