Job summary
A leading public healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a degree in physiotherapy, be AHPC registered, and be dedicated to enhancing patient care. Responsibilities include patient management, supervision of assistants, and collaboration with healthcare teams. This role operates Monday to Friday with one Saturday per month required.
Qualifications
- Open to fresh degree graduates.
- Preferred candidates with 1 – 3 years’ experience as a practicing Physiotherapist.
Responsibilities
- Assess and manage patients referred for physiotherapy.
- Document patient records and maintain performance statistics.
- Supervise Therapist Assistants and provide guidance.

Work location: Central
Work hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours.
- 1 half Saturday required per month.
- Assess and manage patients referred for physiotherapy, developing and implementing appropriate treatment plans.
- Document patient records and maintain up-to-date performance statistics.
- Ensure accurate billing and compliance with clinical and service standards.
- Supervise Therapist Assistants and provide guidance to new physiotherapists joining the team. Mentor students on clinical attachments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in patient care discussions.
- Support or co-lead projects assigned to the physiotherapy team.
- Oversee and maintain therapy equipment and manage inventory.
- Review and update clinical protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in developing, promoting, and marketing new clinical services.
- Contribute to departmental in-service training, hospital educational sessions, and external workshops or seminars.
- Continuously update physiotherapy knowledge and skills to maintain professional standards.
- Min. Degree in Physiotherapy and must be AHPC registered.
- Open to fresh degree graduates.
- Preferred candidates with 1 – 3 years’ experience as a practising Physiotherapist.
