Job summary
An educational institution in Singapore seeks a Program Manager to oversee the effective management of its programs. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree and at least 5 years of management or teaching experience in the education sector. Candidates should be driven and capable of collaborating effectively with a diverse team. This position reports to the Academic Director and requires a commitment to quality and student welfare.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of management and/or teaching experience, preferably in the education industry.
- Highly driven and energetic individual.
- Strong ability to work with faculty and lead teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the effective running of programs offered by the Institute.
- Meet enrolment, attendance, and feedback targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes by faculty.

The position reports in to the Academic Director.
- Effective management and smooth running of the programmes offered by the Institute.
- Meet targets set for enrolment, attendance, pass rates and student feedback.
- Ensure high quality delivery and strict adherence to the Institute’s QA processes by the school’s faculty.
- Participate actively in implementing new teaching and delivery methodology by leveraging cutting-edge technology.
- Assessment and review feedback on performance of lecturers.
- Promote quality learning, teaching environment and support student care, welfare and progress.
- Possess a Postgraduate Degree.
- At least 5 years of management and/or teaching experience, preferably in the education industry.
- Highly driven, energetic and result-oriented.
- Inclination for details and administration.
- Strong team-players and ability to drive and work closely with full-time and part-time lecturers.
