Job summary
A health-focused restaurant in Singapore is seeking kitchen staff to assist in meal preparation and inventory management. Responsibilities include measuring ingredients, preparing meals, and maintaining cleanliness. Applicants should be willing to work weekends and public holidays, be proficient in English, and able to interact well in a multicultural team. The basic salary ranges from $2,000 to $3,500.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Must be proficient in Spoken English.
- Basic understanding of food preparation.
Responsibilities
- Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.
- Preparing meal ingredients, including seasoning meats.
- Preparing salads and sauces as directed.
- Receiving and verifying deliveries.
- Taking inventory of supplies.
- Discarding expired food items.
- Performing cleaning duties.
- Plating and presenting meal items.
