• Assist in organising Board meetings, retreats, and related events.


• Co-ordinate onboarding/offboarding of Board members, attendance, and engagement matters.


• Handle meeting documentation, activity tracking, and report generation to maintain accurate records.


• Ensure timely documentation and smooth operational support across the Secretariat.


• Contribute to divisional initiatives and other tasks as assigned.

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with good organisational, planning abilities.


• Good stakeholder management and effective communication skills.


• Meticulous, self-motivated, a good team player who can work independently.
