Job summary
A human resources consultancy in Singapore is looking for an HR Admin Executive to manage administrative support, vendor sourcing, and recruitment tasks. Candidates should have a Diploma in Human Resources and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Working days are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, with a salary range of $2800 to $3000.
Qualifications
- Must have a diploma in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative support tasks.
- Source good vendors and manage company assets.
- Work with employment agencies to find candidates.
- Conduct interviews and select suitable candidates.

Working Days: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm)
Working Location: Changi Airfreight Center
- Administrative support responsibilities include managing day-to-day tasks, office supplies, equipment, mail and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by department heads or managers.
- To source for good vendors for the company if needed and upkeep all company's assets, renewal of memberships, vehicle VPC and road-tax and insurance.
- Work closely with employment agencies and source for good candidates when required.
- Perform interview and select the right candidate for the company.
