Working hours: 5 days + 2 half day Sat per month

• Provide administrative support for used car sales and car leasing operations.
• Assist in vehicle coordination and prepare necessary documents such as quotations, agreements, correspondence, reports, and other related paperwork.
• Monitor, analyze, and summarize data; manage documentation, billing, collections, outstanding payments, expenses, reminders, etc.
• Oversee and track administrative processes related to buying, selling, trading, service schedules, road tax renewals, motor insurance, and more.
• Maintain an organized filing system and prepare duty rosters as required.
• Liaise with internal departments on all matters concerning used car and car trade operations.
• Ensure accurate data entry and management in the used car and car trade systems, both manually and through the car management platform.
• Support and maintain standardized administrative procedures to ensure operational consistency.
• Generate and submit regular administration reports related to used car and car trade activities for management review.
• Continuously enhance administrative knowledge and contribute to process improvements through ongoing professional development.
• Periodically review workflows and recommend improvements where needed.
• Maintain positive working relationships with other teams and departments.
• Remain self-motivated, focused on enhancing productivity, and perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors or management.
