Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Singapore seeks a Quality Control Specialist to perform daily inspections on product quality and prepare certification reports. Candidates should have over 1 year of experience in quality control and must be capable of understanding drawing specifications. The role requires effective communication in English and the ability to work in a 12-hour shift environment.
Qualifications
- Over 1 year of experience in quality control roles with inspection and measurement experience.
- Ability to understand and read drawing specifications.
- Strong communication skills in English to articulate issues effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily inspections on parts and product quality.
- Prepare certification and quality reports.
- Support cross-function sections during manpower shortages.

- Perform daily inspection on parts and product quality – testing and performing check including recording of result
- Dealing with internal team on quality issue and raise internal rejection report and updating the status into system for engineers action
- Prepare certification report and quality report
- Perform measurement on parts and functional test on parts
- Support cross‑function section in case of manpower shortages
- Report daily result and communicate with supervisor and engineers on the daily issues for improvement
- Provide feedback to supervisor and engineer on day‑to‑day job constrain and area that needs improvement.
- Above 1 year of experience in quality control, involving inspection / functional and measurement experience
- Capable in understanding and reading drawing specifications and details.
- Able to communicate in English and able to articulate issues and problems well.
- Able to work in 12‑hour shift and accept any change in work based on rotation.
