Descripción de la vacante
A leading construction company in Singapore is looking for an administrative professional to update task lists, manage purchase orders, and maintain important documents. The ideal candidate has a minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent and at least 2 years of administrative experience. Strong MS Office skills and the ability to work independently are essential. This position offers a dynamic work environment with diverse responsibilities.

Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsabilidades
Update the Master Outstanding Summary List for new or closed tasks.
Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers upon request.
File and maintain documents such as Quotations and Invoices.
Manage workers' timecards and PPE needs.
Enroll new training courses for workers and staff.
Perform ad hoc tasks from HR or Accounts.

Responsibilities
Update the Master Outstanding Summary List whenever there are new or closed tasks
Issue the Purchase Order to the suppliers upon request
File and maintain the documents such as Quotation, Purchase Order, Invoices and other hardcopy records
Manage the workers' timecards and monitor their Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) needs
Enrol new training courses for workers and staff when required
Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the HR or Accounts department
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
At least 2 years and above of administrative experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Meticulous, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
