Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to inspect materials and finished products, review records, and support quality operations. Ideal candidates should have at least a diploma in Science or Engineering, with a minimum of 1 year of QA experience in GMP/GDP environments. The role requires strong analytical skills and communication abilities. They offer a competitive salary package with transport and shift allowances.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of QA experience in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP standards.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
- Inspect materials and finished products.
- Review batch records and autoclave reports.
- Conduct in-process checks and aseptic audits.
- Support quality operations and continuous improvement.

$2200/month + 400 (transport allowance) + $460 shift allowance
Mon-Fri, 5 days rotational 3 shifts; weekends may be required
Tuas

- Inspect materials & finished products
- Review batch records & autoclave reports
- Investigate deviations & support batch release
- Maintain SOPs, MBRs & APQR reports
- Conduct in-process checks & aseptic audits
- Support quality operations & continuous improvement
- Min. Diploma in Science/Engineering or equivalent
- Min. 1yr QA experience in manufacturing (GMP/GDP)
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP & good documentation practices
- SAP/MES experience a plus
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Willing to work rotational shifts
