Hotel Receptionist [6 days rotating shift/ Somerset/ ANY EXPERIENCE WELCOME TO APPLY] (JQ)
Job summary
A leading HR advisory company in Singapore is seeking a hotel receptionist to handle guest reservations, registrations, and requests. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail, along with a willingness to work rotating shifts. The ideal candidate should be able to efficiently manage guest bookings and administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications

- Ability to handle guest requests efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Booking reservations for guests, including room rates and availability.
- Performing registration duties for all hotel guests.
- Assigning appropriate guest rooms based on preferences.
6 days, 3 rotating shifts – 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm & 11pm to 7am (midnight shift twice a month)
Salary: $1800-$2000
Location: Kramat Rd, Singapore 228750 (Somerset)
Job scope:
- Booking reservations for guests, including room rates, room availability, and special requests
- Perform registration duties for all hotel guests.
- Reviewing guest check-in information, such as name, address, credit card number, and phone number
- Assigns appropriate guests rooms based on their preferences.
- Handles guests requests through incoming calls and performs follows up on guests’ requests.
- Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying
