Job summary
A consulting firm in Singapore is looking for a customer service representative for front desk operations across multiple locations. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or reception roles, be proficient with booking platforms, and available to work on weekends. This position offers a salary of up to $2,500 and 5.5 working days per week.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or front desk roles.
- Familiarity with booking platforms and payment processing required.
- Must be comfortable working on weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and manage client flow.
- Handle phone calls and online bookings.
- Manage front desk operations and daily sales reports.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness.

Salary: Up to $2,500. Working Days: 5.5 Days. Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Location: Serangoon Garden / East Coast / Great World (Rotation across 3 outlets, 2 days each).
- Greet customers warmly and assist with appointments, walk-ins, and inquiries for smooth client flow.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online booking platforms professionally.
- Manage front desk operations – payment processing, issuing receipts & preparing daily sales reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the reception and waiting areas.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or front desk / reception roles (beauty, wellness, or showroom preferred)
- Proficient in booking platforms & POS systems to manage appointments and transactions.
- Must be comfortable working on weekends & Public Holidays
