Job summary
A reputable company in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst (IT) to conduct business requirement gathering and manage UAT processes. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science and experience with core banking systems. Responsibilities include UAT issue management, migration planning, and collaboration with stakeholders. This position requires a willingness to travel within the APAC region.

- Understanding of data mapping and data cleansing.
- Business knowledge in Trade area.

- Plan and promote user tasks for UAT and other tools.

- Conduct detailed business requirement gathering and use case analysis.
- Plan and promote user tasks in UAT.
- Experience in handling UAT, Migration and BCP.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of project goals.
- Test schedule planning, test scenario creation, test environment preparation, data preparation, etc.
- UAT issue management (managing tickets) and tracking till solving them
- UAT progress monitoring and reviewing the results
- Planning of migration schedule and control of migration related tasks such as data mapping, data cleansing, etc.
- Plan and promote user tasks for EUC/RPA/Tools.
- Monitor the progress of the user task and manage issues, working closely with IT and business user members.
- Plan and promote user tasks in USER SUPPORT.
- Involved in UAT, Training, Migration, Customer Relation, BCP Creation, Regulation/Procedure Revision
- Experience in core banking system projects including accounting system from user side
- Business knowledge in Trade area
- Willingness to undertake travel within the APAC region
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
