Job summary

- Experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is required.
Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls and answer general enquiries.
- Greet, check in, and announce customers’ arrival.
- Manage the Sales Executive turn system.
- Ensure the showroom is tidy and orderly.
- Ensure display cars are in good condition.
- Provide refreshments to customers.
- Perform general adhoc admin duties.
Skills
Basic Salary up to $3,500 with yearly increment based on performance.
Working days: 5 days per week
Off Days: 2 days per week
Working Hours: Rostered Schedule by Management
Mon to Sat: 0845hrs to 1745hrs | 0845hrs to 1900hrs | 0900hrs to 1800hrs | 1000hrs to 1900hrs
Sun or PH: 0945hrs to 1745hrs | 1000hrs to 1800hrs | 0945hrs to 1800hrs
