Global HR Director for MedTech & Overseas Hiring Leader
Job summary
A leading global MedTech organization based in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Director to drive the people strategy. The successful candidate will design and implement HR management strategies, lead a regional HR team, and foster a performance-driven culture. Ideal applicants will have over 5 years of experience in the medical device/equipment industry, strong leadership skills, and fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Qualifications
- More than 5 years of HR Director or HRBP or TA Head experience in Medical device/equipment industry.
- Having at least 3 years of overseas hiring like APAC, EMEA.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese to liaise with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement global HR and talent management strategies.
- Lead and develop a regional HRBP team to deliver programs.
- Design and execute talent retention and succession plans.
- Foster a performance-driven culture.
- Establish and improve HR policies and operational processes.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams.
