An international educational institution in Singapore seeks a proactive Learning Beyond the Classroom Administrator to manage all co-curricular and outdoor education activities. You will facilitate communication with various stakeholders and ensure compliance with College policies. Preferred qualifications include a degree and experience in coordinating projects. Dulwich College (Singapore) is recruiting a proactive and detail-oriented Learning Beyond the Classroom Administrator to provide support in the planning and administration of all co-curricular, outdoor education and educational visits across the College. This role plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating the administration of all Outdoor Education provision and related systems.
5-day work week, Term-Time Role;

To champion the values and mission of Learning Beyond the Classroom, supporting where required all departments that fall under the Learning Beyond the Classroom umbrella;
Manage the administration of all Outdoor Education provision, ensuring all information approval portals are relevant, accurate and up to date;
Establish positive relations and manage effective communication between external providers, suppliers, parents, staff and students;
Ensure all logistical arrangements required for onsite and offsite provision are in line with College policy and procedures, including but not limited to; travel arrangements, student consent, risk assessments, staff information packs and post provision review;
Work closely with Visit Leads, Head of Year, Procurement, Finance Department, Health Centre, business operations to ensure the provision follows College policies and any country specific legislation;
Liaise with external providers, Procurement and Finance Departments to budget the provision, supporting in the collection of outstanding payments where required;
Work closely with teachers to support provision, including resource, logistical and best practice guidance;
Ensure students, staff and parents receive clear and timely information pertaining to provision;
Manage complaints effectively and follow up as appropriate using communication channels in the College, liaising with stakeholders as required;
Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the College, keeping abreast of what is going on across all Schools and being involved in the day-to-day life of the College overall;
All other duties commensurate with the post.
A degree is preferred, or a diploma or certificate in business, sports management, administration or a related area.
A minimum of one year's experience working in a customer-facing role which involves coordinating projects or activities across the organisation;
Experience in liaising with multiple stakeholders (i.e. external vendors and service providers);
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, IT systems and databases with excellent inter-personal communication and customer service skills;
Effective organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise workload and multi-task;
The ability to be flexible, responsible, and detail-oriented;
