LONG TERM POSITION – We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account with day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Assist in data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments into the accounting system
• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and payment vouchers
• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks and update financial records
• Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management
• Maintain filing systems for financial documents
• Help with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
• Support the finance team in audits tax filings, CPF submission and Salary
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments as required
• Other administrative and accounting duties as assigned

• Education: Diploma/Degree
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in construction sectors
• Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Info-tech)
  • Good numerical and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good communication skills in English
