Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an SAP Business One Application Consultant to manage projects and conduct training. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a solid understanding of Financial Accounting and Inventory Costing. Responsibilities include conducting business requirements studies, collaborating to design solutions, and delivering customer training. This position offers a salary of $4,500 - $6,000.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience.
- Familiar with accounting systems preferably Dynamics Business Central or NAV.
- Good knowledge in Financial Accounting, Inventory Costing, MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Responsibilities
- SAP Business One project management.
- Conduct business requirements studies and provide recommendations.
- Documentation of business requirement studies.
- Collaborate with technical consultants to design add-on solutions.
- Conduct customer training on system navigation.
- Hand over projects to in-house support after completion.
- Attend training for new SAP B1 features.

Working hours : 9am-6pm
Salary : $4,500 - $6,000
- SAP Business One project management.
- Conduct business requirements studies, review clients' existing systems and provide recommendations and improvements based on features and functions in SAP B1.
- Documentation of business requirement studies.
- Collaborate with in-house technical consultant to design add‑on solutions to fulfil customers business and operation requirements.
- Conduct customer training and hand‑holding to enable users’ skill in navigating and using the systems effectively.
- Upon project completion, hand over to in-house support team.
- Attending training provided by senior consultants / project manager whenever new features and technology are available for SAP B1.
- Good knowledge of Financial Accounting, Inventory Costing and Pricing, MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Words, Teams
- Familiar with accounting systems preferably Dynamics Business Central or NAV. Possess minimum a Diploma / Degree in Finance/Accounting/IT
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience
