Patient Service Associate, Emergency Medicine
Job summary
A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking Patient Service Associates to deliver exceptional patient service in the Emergency Medicine Department. Responsibilities include registering patients, handling payments, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate will have a GCE N Levels and at least one year of experience in customer service. Join a collaborative work environment that prioritizes staff and patient welfare.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE N Levels with 1 year of working experience in customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff.
- Strong passion to serve the patients.
- Willing to work morning, afternoon and overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Register patients via phone and upfront enquiries.
- Collect payment/deposits and provide financial counselling for admissions.
- Liaise closely with Bed Management Unit for acquisition of beds.
- Obtain Specialist Outpatient Clinic appointments.
- Sort documents for dispatch to Medical Records Office.
- Extend excellent customer service to patients and relatives.
- Replenish inventory when stock is low.
