Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an operational manager to oversee daily workflows, enhance efficiency across departments, and lead process improvements in the F&B and Event Management sectors. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience and a diploma. Responsibilities include vendor management, analyzing data for improvements, mentoring team members, and maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in F&B and Event Management industry is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to ensure seamless workflow.
- Lead process improvements and compliance reviews.
- Oversee vendor and supplier relationships.
- Analyze operational data to drive improvements.
- Supervise, train, and mentor team members.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
Education
- Manage daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and enhance efficiency across departments.
- Lead process improvements, including developing SOPs, conducting audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Oversee vendor and supplier relationships to maintain high product quality, service standards, and cost efficiency.
- Analyze operational and quality data to pinpoint gaps and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Supervise, train, and mentor team members to uphold quality standards and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Diploma Holder.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in F&B and Event Management industry is advantageous.
