Job summary
A leading staffing agency is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Singapore. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage service requests, and coordinate logistics. Candidates should have a diploma and relevant experience, with strong skills in Microsoft Office. This role offers a gross salary of up to $3500 based on experience and operates Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Responsibilities
- Open Service RMA/IRMA for incoming jobs.
- Follow up and respond to customer inquiries.
- Monitor and follow up on the status of overseas work.
- Raise purchase orders for service parts and third-party services.
- Solve customer and logistics issues.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 AM to 5:45 PM
