Job summary
A leading management service provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to manage full or partial sets of accounts, ensuring compliance and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor in Accountancy or equivalent and possesses strong interpersonal skills. Familiarity with accounting software is a plus. This role offers opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Accountancy, ISCA, ACCA or relevant qualifications.
- Good command of English.
- Meticulous and organized individual with strong initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Handle full or partial sets of accounts, GST, and compliance matters.
- Prepare accounts and financial reports ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Manage payroll functions including monthly CPF contributions.

- Handle full or partial sets of accounts, GST, and compliance matters
- Assist to maintain and administer accounting matters for a portfolio of clients
- Prepare accounts and financial reports in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with clients’ internal policies and statutory requirements
- Handle the full spectrum of payroll functions for clients, including monthly CPF contributions and IR8A tax submissions
- Any other ad hoc duties as required by the Outsourcing Department
- Bachelor in Accountancy, ISCA, ACCA or other relevant professional qualifications
- Good command of English
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Meticulous and organized individual with strong initiatives
- Proactive in problem solving
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
- Well versed in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Practical knowledge in various accounting software is an advantage
