Temporary Training Assistant
Job summary
A leading training organization in Singapore is seeking a Temporary Training Coordinator to manage daily operations at the training center. Responsibilities include attendance tracking, courseware management, and administrative support. No prior experience is needed as on-the-job training will be provided. - Opening and closing Training Centre, attendance taking.
- Checking post-courseware and informing Operations team.
- Updating and verifying evaluation log files.
- Verifying WSQ/ASTER safety passes and updating tracker.
- Providing administrative and logistical support.
Skills
Job Title: Temporary Training Coordinator
Occupation: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Working Period: 01 Oct 2025 - 31 Dec 2025 (4 Months)
Working Hours/Shift: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday/Sunday: only when activated, OT will be compensated
Location: (Shuttle pick-up from Chinese Garden MRT 8:00am) (Shuttle drop-off to Lakeside MRT after work)
Salary: $12 per hour
- Daily Operations: Training Centre opening and closing, attendance taking, courseware packing, refreshments and housekeeping.
- Batching: Checking post-courseware and informing Operations team on the follow ups.
- Evaluation: Updating and verifying evaluation log files to ensure accuracy.
- Safety Pass: Verifying WSQ/ASTER safety passes and updating the tracker system.
- Providing administrative and logistical support as required.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Good time management skills with ability to stay focused to complete daily task deadlines.
- Adaptable, independent, and a strong team player.
- Strong communication and good customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT apps.
