Claims Leader (Healthcare) – Remote After Probation
Resumo da oferta
A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking experienced professionals for their claims team. The role involves adjudicating claims and managing stakeholder relations. Candidates should have at least 2 years of claims handling experience in the medical industry, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The position offers a hybrid working model post-probation, with a focus on driving change and efficiency in claims management.
Qualificações
- 2 years of experience in claims handling, preferably in medical and employee benefits industry.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional eye for details.
Responsabilidades
- Provide accurate adjudication of claims and manage escalations.
- Develop new processes to improve efficiency and overall claims experience.
- Liaise with Insurance Company for exceptions and complaints.
