Job summary
A leading equipment services firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled technician to execute maintenance and repair tasks for cranes and hoists. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical and at least 2 years of relevant experience. This role requires strong customer assessment skills and compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities
- Execute maintenance, inspection, repair, and installation tasks for cranes and hoists.
- Conduct customer assessments and provide recommendations.
- Comply with safety regulations and EHS standards.
Skills
Education
- Execute maintenance, inspection, repair, and installation tasks for cranes, hoists, and other material handling equipment.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs at multiple customer sites.
- Conduct customer assessments, document findings, and provide recommendations for improvements or additional services.
- Leverage company digital tools to manage work orders and communicate with customers effectively.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and suggest performance or safety enhancements.
- Ensure proper upkeep of company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Comply with all safety regulations and customer-specific requirements.
- Report hazards, incidents, and safety observations in accordance with company protocols.
- Perform on-site work in strict adherence to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards and procedures.
- Diploma / NITEC in Electrical or Mechanical with completion of apprenticeship
- Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant industries
