Job summary
A logistics management firm in Singapore is seeking a professional for logistics coordination. You will manage delivery documentation, ensure accurate processing of orders, and analyze operational data. Candidates should have a diploma in logistics or business studies, alongside 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. The role requires proficiency in MS Office and SAP, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination.
- Independent and a good team player.
Responsibilities
- Prepare delivery documentation and coordinate with logistics service providers.
- Handle customer purchase orders and ensure accurate processing.
- Monitor key performance indicators for transportation activities.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Maintain standard operating procedures and training materials.
- Support inventory control activities.
Skills
Education
- Prepare delivery documentation and coordinate with logistics service providers.

- Monitor key performance indicators for transportation activities, including timeliness, efficiency and service quality.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, address root causes and recommend improvements.
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
- Support inventory control activities such as batch management, stock requisitions and compliance with FIFO practices.
- Provide assistance to warehouse operations as required.
- Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management / Business Studies
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Independent and a good team player
