Finance Operations Lead: AP/AR, Payroll & Compliance
Job summary
A financial services company in Singapore is seeking a meticulous Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. This role involves handling AP/AR transactions, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and compliance with financial regulations. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of accounting experience and strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Join a fast-paced environment and contribute to our team's success.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, familiar with full sets of accounts.
- Experience in processing and management of monthly payroll.
- Knowledge in AP/AR and cash flow management.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR transactions.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and audits.
- Prepare and submit GST returns.
- Support payroll processing and budget preparation.
