Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience preferred.
• A hands-on, detail-oriented individual comfortable supporting frontline operations.
• Experience with HRIS and Microsoft 365 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring including job postings and interview coordination.
• Process monthly payroll and verify timesheets.
• Organise staff engagement activities and training registration.
• Handle Work Permit and ensure MOM/CPF compliance.
