A leading international company in Singapore is seeking a Cost Accountant / Accounting Specialist to manage costing data and invoice processes using SAP. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in accounting roles including AP, AR, and costing, along with strong skills in SAP and Excel. Qualifications

• 6 years or more in Accounting roles, including AP, AR, Costing.

Responsibilities

• Manage team providing costing data and invoice payable data for SAP.
• Design and control costing structure per sales order/product in SAP.
• Analyse and detect abnormal costs, provide monthly consumption and inventory report.
• Track sales order and perform production and sales order closing activities.
• Manage debit and credit notes, special payment accounts, and recurring payments.
• Manage and obtain monthly payroll system data and perform IRAS submissions.
• Generate monthly P&L and Bal Sheet. Close year-end accounts.

1. Manage team that provides costing data and invoice payable data for SAP.
2. Design and control costing structure per sales order/product in SAP.
3. Analyse and detect abnormal costs, provide monthly consumption and inventory report.
4. Track sales order and perform production and sales order closing activities.
5. Manage debit and credit notes, special payment accounts, and recurring payments.
6. Manage and obtain monthly payroll system data and perform IRAS submissions.
7. Generate monthly P&L and Bal Sheet. Close year-end accounts.

Position will involve:

• understanding synchronization between SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud Edition and various internal systems
• process design and followups with overseas representatives in Vietnam, Cambodia and China

Requirement:

• 6 years or more in Accounting roles, including AP, AR, Costing
• 2 years or more with SAP systems (S/4 preferred)
• Strong Excel skills
