Job summary

A professional services firm in Singapore is looking for an Assistant Corporate Secretarial Manager to manage corporate secretarial duties for private companies. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and is well-versed in English. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, assisting with employment pass applications, and handling corporate resolutions. Training will be provided where necessary.

Kinetica Pte. Ltd. is a professional services firm providing corporate secretarial, immigration, payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, tax, and other advisory services to a variety of clients, including those of Kelvin Chia Partnership, the regional law firm with which we are associated.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as Assistant Corporate Secretarial Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Handling a full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for mostly private companies limited by shares, including company incorporations, preparation of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions for ongoing corporate secretarial matters for clients, and maintenance of statutory records and registers.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting with employment pass applications for clients (training will be provided if no experience).
  • Assistance with converting financial statements into the XBRL format (experience preferred, but training will be provided if no experience).
  • Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years’ relevant work experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-versed in both spoken and written English.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and result-oriented personality who is willing to learn and improve.
  • Familiarity with TeamWork software (for maintaining registers) is a bonus (but not mandatory; training will be provided).
  • Able to work independently after a period of training.
