A semiconductor manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a manager for their Diffusion CMP Process Department. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in semiconductor wafer fabrication processes, and experience in implementing strategies to improve manufacturing performance. This role includes training staff, managing processes, and ensuring quality control. The position requires a relevant engineering degree and significant operational experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
