Responsibilities

• Complete Declaration at stipulated rate with full compliance.
• Maintain assigned accounts for exception declarations.
• Follow up on daily shipment holds for customs clearance.
• Respond to inquiries on brokerage-related services.
• Prepare reports to meet customers’ timelines.

• Follow up on daily shipment holds and find solutions in a timely manner to process the customs clearance.
• Respond to phone and email enquiries on brokerage-related services.
• Prepare and provide various reports in a timely manner to meet customers’ timelines.

• Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a must
