Roles & Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing :

• Log in to TNETS 4.1 to process and manage shipping permits.
• Check system for HAWB / MAWB permit statuses; print and organize approved permits.
• Monitor and follow up on partially approved permits until completion.
• Ensure proper handling of permits with special clauses (e.g. G7, G1, A1, H1, Hazmat, Re-export-only).
• Liaise with Schenker CS and operations teams to resolve pending documentation.
• Monitor ops email and follow up on KIV documents promptly.
• Coordinate with BPO via Zoom to resolve time-sensitive (AM / PM) permit issues.
• Track and monitor turnaround time (TAT) to meet service standards.
• Provide administrative and document support to Customer Service (CS) teams.

Work Schedule : Weekdays

• Morning Shift : 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM
• Night Shift : 10 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

Weekends

• Saturday : 10 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
• Sunday : 10 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

Public Holidays

• Morning Shift : 10 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM
• Night Shift : 10 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM

Work Week : 5.5 or 6 days (depending on shift rotation)

📍 Work Location : Changi

💰 Shift and onsite allowances provided

This role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Who We're Looking For :

• No age limit – we welcome candidates of all ages and backgrounds!
• At least 1 year experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or documentation is a plus (but not required).
• Familiarity with TNETS 4.1 is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work onsite at Changi and adapt to a shift-based schedule.
