Operations Executive (Housekeeping/ Commercial)

Assist Operation Manager in various projects, coordinate, execute the general cleaning process and cleaning logistics

Review work orders to ensure that assignments are completed timely.

Provide guidance and on Job Training to cleaners, ensure team member’s skill and service competency are maintained.

Monitor manpower attendance and daily deployment planning

Record keeping of all equipment, stores, materials and PPE

Liaise with clients on their request and cascade to the relevant work crew

Conduct and take part in operations meetings to share and gather feedback related to operations/safety

Submission of work progress reports

Able to investigate and submit incident reports promptly

Responsible personnel who will ensure operations are carried out according to the required standard

Willing to take up any ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager as and when necessary

Computer literate in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

A strong leader who will hand on tasks together with the team to achieve quality service
