Job description

1. Coordinate all Air Import/Export Freight activities, including quotation, booking, documentation, data entry, shipment tracking and tracing, billing, arranging deliveries, among others responsibilities.
2. Issue bills and invoice to clients and agent and organize documentations and properly keep all records updated.
3. Communicate on a daily basis with airlines, vendors, truckers, customers, warehouse contact, sales representatives and overseas offices.
4. Knowledge of air carriers and schedules.
5. Comply with all Singapore customs & IATA regulations and requirements.
6. Verify weights and dimensions of cargo.
7. Advise clients concerning: terms of delivery & payment, Air insurance, Air Services, transport alternatives, etc.
8. Handle requirement for dangerous or controlled goods and ensure to have proper export controlled permits, licenses and etc.
9. Physically screen cargo.
10. Ensures all documentation, such as invoices, AWB and other related documents for outbound /inbound shipments is completed accurately and forwarded to the appropriate party.
11. Some light warehouse duties such as moving boxes and pallets with dolly.
12. Having knowledge in & aviation & using Cargowise.
13. Preparing freight report and look after all air freight operation activity.
