Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore is looking for an Accounts cum Admin Assistant to support financial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should hold at least a Nitec in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, and is proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. This role offers a monthly salary of up to $3,000 plus bonuses and requires a 5-day work week.

  • Assist with annual statutory audit preparation.
  • Provide administrative support within Finance department.
  • Provide IT administrative support.
  • Perform general office duties.
  • Other related duties as required.

As an Accounts cum Admin Assistant, you will provide support in financial and administrative tasks. Candidate must be capable in managing financial records and performing a variety of administrative tasks to facilitate our day-to-day operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administer and monitor the financial system to ensure that the finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
  • Process daily AR and AP transactions, ensure transactions are properly recorded and maintained in systems
  • Process cash/bank reconciliation with completeness and accuracy
  • Preparation of audit schedules, and assist with annual statutory audit
  • Provide administrative support within Finance department
  • Provide IT administrative support including scheduling appointments with Global IT department for periodic system updates and maintenance
  • Perform general office duties including filing, storage, handling phone call and security of documents
  • Perform other related duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least Nitec in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
