Job summary
A leading bakery in Singapore is seeking an experienced baker to manage kitchen operations and mentor staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a positive, proactive approach. Responsibilities include the daily production of high-quality breads, cakes, and pastries while maintaining food safety standards. Early working hours are required, and candidates should be independent and creative.

- Ability to work early morning shifts.

Education

- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Secondary level above. Advantage with working experience in Singapore's bakery shop.
- Independent, creative ideas and proactive as a team player.
- Time management & early working hours.
- Prepare daily production of breads, cakes, and pastries.
- Ability to meet daily quotas while maintaining quality
- Ensure smooth operation & daily support are always consistent quality, compliance of all food safety standards in baking
- Always maintain clean and safe environment.
