The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Electronics Engineering, with 3-5 years of relevant experience, especially in VMware and Linux systems. The role is responsible to perform proactive service monitoring, in depth troubleshooting and operate system and platform in an optimal state. Ensure infrastructure services meet service level KPIs, customer level satisfaction and regulatory requirements. The role is also accountable for escalation to the Engineers in terms of any form of degradation of service quality and service availability of the services provided. The detail scope are :-
