About the team

Our General Health Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a hybrid team of operation and healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere ’s medical operations including Online & Offline GP services, mobile clinic, health screening and radiology services. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.

About the role

We are seeking a Health Concierge Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will manage patient registrations, appointments, and inquiries in our Radiology and Health Screening Centre. They will be patients' first point of contact and therefore an essential part of our team. The Health Concierge Officer will work closely with medical personnel to ensure patients receive the highest quality care and service. The successful candidate will manage patient registrations, appointments, and inquiries. They will be the first point of contact for patients, an essential part of our team.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:
  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a positive attitude
  • Manage patient appointments and schedules
  • Maintain patient databases and medical records
  • Collect patient information and process registrations
  • Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, prices, and availability
  • Answer and redirect phone calls
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized clinic reception area
  • Provide patients with accurate and timely information via accurate financial counselling regarding insurance coverage and payment options
  • Ensure effective communication with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic
  • Prepare and maintain reports and documentation
About you
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of related clinic assistant or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in a similar customer service role, ideally in a medical setting
  • Strong knowledge of office systems such as GSuite and clinical procedures is preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet manner
  • Comfortable working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
  • Exceptional multitasking and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
