Job Summary

The Executive/ Higher Executive - Account/Program Management is responsible to assist logistics programmes and related customer service activities. He/she is also responsible in ensuring customer requirements are met, assist to manage programme resources, including manpower, internal assets and external vendors. Analytical and logical, he is required to manage resources and obtain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks
  • Contribute to recurring revenue streams. Ensure the billing for the activities is well documented and to bill customer promptly.
  • Manage stakeholders to monitor completion of requirements and activities
  • Participate and contribute to the enhancement in value-based culture and a culture of accountability in the organisation
  • Analyse risks associated with different approaches of process changes
  • Execute and constant review of business process improvement solutions; with particular emphasis on pandemic operations. Facilitate a smooth transition from normal work processes to surge operation by liaising with warehouse operation team.
  • Review latest technology trends for adoption application to logistics business
  • Plan key activities and milestones in technology projects and provide documentation support to the project management
  • Manage customer accounts through established workflow with stakeholders and constantly review for continuous improvement
Job Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of SAP / Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Supply Chain Software / Enterprise Resource planning (ERP) Systems.
  • Proficiency in basic Ms Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform Applications
Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience
  • Degree / Diploma in Business / Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent certifications
  • Min. 1-3 years of relevant working experience in Warehouse operations / account/programme management / vendor management.
