Production Specialist
Role Purpose:

Value creator who is involved directly in manufacturing of products.

Major Accountabilities:
  • Carry out activities (e.g: operating machine, soldering, testing, packing, gluing, etc) based on a daily production schedule as assigned by the Superior
  • Follow and adherence to production document and process/work instruction during operation and stop and elevate if any non conformance/issue (e.g: on product/raw material quality issues, fixture problem, and test rejects encountered.)
  • Record of the production data (clocking time, defects/rejects, etc)
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment/process operation
  • Identify and promptly report hazards to Supervisor immediately
  • Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized by 5S house-keeping
  • Work with the respective parties to resolve technical issues and improve production processes
  • Work on 1st level technical issue(s) and sustaining production processes when needed
  • Involve in line balancing activities within work cells/ Self-organizing
Role Requirements:
  • Minimum of a NITEC in Engineering; Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Experience in Electronics industry as an added advantage
  • Prepared to learn and adapt to new challenges

  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Experience in assembly, machine handling or troubleshooting
  • Singaporean and/or Singaporean PRs are welcomed to apply
