Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Executive Assistant for Metering & Data Operations. The role involves daily operational tasks related to meter reading and reporting to stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a diploma, strong skills in Microsoft Excel, and a good understanding of SAP. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous approach to meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- Possess a diploma from a recognized institute.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP system is advantageous.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and able to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational duties for meter reading activities.
- Handle administrative duties for reporting to stakeholders.
- Respond to enquiries via telephone and emails.
- Complete ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Skills
Education
Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
- Perform daily operational duties for Manual and Remote reading related activities via the various meter reading and billing systems and follow up with relevant parties to resolve daily operational issues.
- Perform administrative duties such as report for meter reading related reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend to enquiries via Case Activities, telephone and emails.
- Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Applicants need to possess at least a diploma from a recognized institute.
- Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Possess good knowledge in SAP system would be advantageous.
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and able to meet deadlines.
