• Support the Operations Manager in managing the effective operations and maintenance of our retail mall.
• Coordinate operational programs and execute maintenance works to ensure optimal mall operation.
• Prepare annual budgets, manage maintenance contracts, and supervise expenses for mall operations.
• Assist in Asset Enhancement Initiatives, tenant renovation works, and promotional activities support.
• Liaise with Contract & Procurement teams, manage procurement of equipment and enhancement works.
• Manage feedback and service requests promptly.
• Lead technicians and manage vendor services to meet professional standards.
• Participate in the Company Emergency Response Team and Environmental Health Safety team for safety and risk assessments.

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building, or Estate Management.
• Fresh graduates with relevant degrees are welcome to apply.
• Experience with Building Management and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) or MCST operations is advantageous.
• Strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight timelines, resourceful, and systematic.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work beyond standard hours when needed.
• Open to lateral movement between asset classes based on business needs.
