Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage and optimize our online store performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving sales strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Management : Maintain and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Lazada, Tmall, etc.).
  • Sales & Performance Analysis : Track sales metrics, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Campaign Execution : Coordinate and implement online marketing campaigns, discounts, and promotional activities to drive sales.
  • Customer Experience : Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and inquiries, ensuring prompt responses and resolution of issues.
  • Content Optimization : Enhance product descriptions, images, and keywords to improve search visibility and ranking.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to align e-commerce strategies with business goals.
