Job Purpose

To participate in executing strategic objectives to support the business & operations of the hospital and to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Operations: Track budgets across the various units, ensure proper documentation compliance, track department KPIs, and oversee department projects. Take on ad hoc functions/duties pertaining to operations.
  • Personal Assistant Duties: Assist the director with scheduling and managing calendars, take meeting notes and minutes, assist with general administration and clerical duties, and undertake other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
