We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Events Executive to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of our recruitment-related events. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and enjoys interacting with jobseekers, employers, and partners.
Key Responsibilities● Plan, organize, and coordinate recruitment events including job fairs and recruitment roadshows.
● Liaise with employers, venue providers, training institutes, sponsors, and vendors.
● Coordinate with the marketing and design team to ensure all graphics/artwork, job listings, and employer details are accurate and properly displayed across all materials and platforms.
● Assign duties and schedules for event helpers and flyer distributorsduring events.
● Compute and compile the working hours of event helpers and flyer distributors for submission to the Accounts department.
● Manage event logistics: venue booking, booth setup, AV equipment, signage, and print materials.
● Send pre-event administrative briefings to employers, including event and venue information, etiquette guidelines, registration flow and post-event hiring outcome.
● Handle on-site event operations including registration, employer support, and crowd control.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events via social media, email, and outreach.
● Maintain event documentation, collect feedback, and prepare post-event reports.
● Assist in identifying and liaising with sponsors or partners when needed.
Requirements● Nitec or Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
● 0–1 year of experience in event coordination, preferably in recruitment, education, or corporate events.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● A team player with a can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset.
● Willingness to work on-site at events (may include weekends or evenings occasionally).
● Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of design or CRM tools is a plus.
Nice to Have● Experience in job fairs or employment-related projects.
● Familiarity with Singapore’s job market and workforce development initiatives.
