We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to support our Sales and Partnerships team with operational and administrative tasks. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day sales activities, partner coordination, and basic finance processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and support revenue growth.


Job Description

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Partnerships team.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases accurately.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to facilitate smooth sales processes and partner onboarding.
  • Support partnership tracking, contract management, and documentation.
  • Handle invoicing, payment tracking, and assist with basic finance reconciliation or reporting tasks.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with partners and clients when needed.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to the efficiency of sales operations.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, sales or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience sales support, business operations, or administrative roles, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn product knowledge to provide better support to the team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
