A leading food services company is seeking a dynamic individual to manage social media, oversee customer orders, and ensure smooth daily operations at multiple outlets. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English and Mandarin, possess a minimum GCE 'O' Level, and have a proactive, independent work style. Responsibilities:
- Handle POS, Terminal, Broadband
- To Manage social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram including inquiries and complaints
-Involving in the brainstorming, planning, organizing, and execution of campaigns
- To handle Customer Online Order
- Attend to day to day 23 outlets operation maintenance
Requirements:
- 5 days week (Mon to Fri / 9am to 6pm)
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking managers)
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
-Knowledge on Photoshop
- Min/preferred years of working experience: 1 year
- Willing to learn and able to work in fast pace environment
- Independent and able to multi-task
- Must be Good in Co-coordinating work- Preferably experienced in F&B industry
- Good Team Player
- Alertness / Pro-active / Have an eye for things
